Refund & Return Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at support@vazautocarparts.com. DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK without contacting us first. The return of the part is the customer’s responsibility and must be completed as follows:
1. Return Period and Process
- Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery (based on the tracking number).
- It may take up to 25 days for a part to reach us once returned.
- After receiving the item at our fulfillment center, allow up to seven business days for the refund to appear.
- Single items from a set cannot be returned individually.
- Refunds are applied to the original method of payment. If unavailable, store credit will be issued for future purchases.
- Items damaged upon return may be denied a refund or exchange.
2. Return Request and Shipping
- Once accepted, a return request email titled “Return Assistance from buy.vazautocarparts.com” will be sent to your registered email.
- Ship the item by the date mentioned in the email to avoid delays or issues.
- Return shipping may be covered by the seller if the item was damaged or faulty, or if the seller offers free returns.
- If returning due to change of mind, shipping must be covered by the buyer (based on seller policy).
- Use a carrier that provides tracking and upload the tracking details to your return request.
3. Return Address and Refunds
- The return deadline will be provided via email and within your return request. Late shipments may result in a closed return case.
- The correct return address will be shared once the RMA is issued. Incorrectly sent items may be redirected at your expense.
- A refund will be issued once the returned goods are received. No operating costs are covered by vazautocarparts.com.
- If the part is defective, we will attempt a replacement. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
- Items must be returned before warranty expiration to qualify for a refund. Return shipping is non-refundable.
Additional Notes
For returns not related to defects (e.g., incorrect part ordered, part no longer needed):
- A 30% restocking fee may apply.
- Original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
- Please consult with a mechanic before ordering to ensure part accuracy.
- Returns after warranty expiration are non-refundable.
